Return of goods
Procedure for returning goods:
1. Initiation of the return: the customer can initiate the return of goods in writing to the address of Luxury Lashes s.r.o , Kletné 84, 74201 Suchdol nad Odrou or electronically to the e-mail :info@luxurylashes.cz

2. Completion of the form: Use the sample withdrawal form attached to the Terms and Conditions. Please provide all necessary information such as the date of the contract, name, address, e-mail address, specification of the goods and method of refund.

Return Policy:
Consumer right: The buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract or receipt of the goods, unless there are exceptions under Section 1837 of the Civil Code.
Intact goods: the goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging if possible.
Timeframe:
Withdrawal from the contract: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or receipt of the goods.
Return of goods: the customer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract.
Refund information:
Method of Refund: Funds will be refunded in the same manner in which they were received, unless otherwise agreed.
Timeframe for Refund: The Company will refund the funds within 14 days of cancellation, but not before it receives the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
Please make sure you have complied with all the return terms and time limits stated by the company to make the process as smooth as possible.
